Euro Red/Clear Tail Light Problem
I have the Euro Red/Clear tail lights. Today I noticed (during state inspection) that when the brake pedal is pushed, both the brake (red) and turn (clear/amber) lights light up. The turns work fine.
The car was recently worked on (fuel pump -- disassemble the rear portion of the car; and A/C control unit -- dash taken apart).
Any ideas?

Assuming they worked properly before, is it possible that when the mechanic was working under your dash he saw the cut white wire and spliced it back together, not realizing that it was meant to be cut??
