Just so we keep everything straight here, it sounds like your experience is with a different wheel than the ones the original poster inquired about. You're talking about chromed thin spokes and he was referring to chromed C6 Z06.
Different manufacturers?

If a vendor did not stand behind their product, then giving their name is just a statement of fact. If they have a reason or explanation why they didn’t stand by their product, then they will have the opportunity to state their position here on the forum. You really be helping other forum members by telling us who they are, so we don’t buy from a disreputable vendor. That’s what the forum is all about, helping each other.

Thanks,

Clayton from Las Vegas

I bought a set from Bob's House of Wheels 18-19 Z-06 motorsports, after about a year or so the chrome is peeling on the back sides of 2 wheels. I keep everything very clean no salt, I run ceramic pads so not much dust. I called Bob and he was very helpful, put me in contact with the manufacture, problem is I have to pay for dismount, remount and balance, plus shipping. I would imagine the other two wheels aren't far behind, not that happy about it probably wouldn't do it again. JMO

Default wheels

Bought mine from Bob at House of Wheels almost a year ago, no problems. I have read posts here that the average life of the chrome is usually threes years or a little longer. I'm sure that has a lot to do with the weather and the up keep the wheels get, tho.
