I have replaced my motor and exhaust system with kooks 1 7/8" and their 3" center section which includes the x pipe--I still have my stainless works 3" catbacks and wonder who else is making a set of 3"--does GHL make a set for the c5--
I took car to friend at muff shop with the R-T 3" cats and X pipe and he made up the rest with Dynamax mufflers- 3" inside by 16" long and the 3" tail pipes with 4" tips. You might talk to a muff shop in your area and see what they can do.

Have the stainless works, after the kooks 3 " x pipe, VERY poor fit , had to cut and weld both sides, took 3 " out of the left side and had to rotate the tubing about 60 degrees to make them fit. , sound gr8 though , also heavy.

We just finished our 3" cat back mufflers. I will take some photos and get them posted up here this week.
We will also get some video installed on a car.
We also made them with a unique connection that will allow you to either bolt it up to the stock style flange or to slip fit over a 3" rear pipe like our headers have to make it a complete 3" system from the headers to the tips.
