Speed Sensor Calibration???
Can the speed sensor in the rear be calibrated for a different gear ratio?
I just put in "what i think" are 4.10's but at 2000rpm I was doing 40mph which seemed very similar to my 3.42's... The guy I bought them from said that the sensor was recalibrated for the 4.10 gears...
Any input on this????

The speedo does not have to be corrected for a gear swap, there is a reluctor ring on the outside of the gears that is used for the speedo, they are the same for all sets.

this is unique to C5's - and doesn't pertain to F-Bodies
