I just got done installing mine on an 04Z. Didn't have a set of instructions so let me know what you find out. I used the LG specific instructions on LS1howto.com as a guide. The key point is that both headers go in from the BOTTOM. Make sure you don't slice any wires while you are putting them in, especially on the passenger side around the starter. Also, I would think seriously about using GM LS1 style metal gaskets instead of the ones supplied with the headers. You might want to get Kool Sox for the plug wires.
The shop I took mine too afterwards for a tune looked at the install and decided to put lock washers on the header bolts as well.
