Default Power Steering Noise? Regular Maintenance??

Only once I heard a power steering noise when I was at an extreme right or left. Kinda that straining noise... U know...

Is there anything I should consider? Never heard that before and haven't since. Is there anything I should consider replacing/checking and what kind of regular maintenance should I be doing for the steering?? 25k miles here.
