Just put a bid for them on ebay, pics didn't actually show or mention tube length. Should I be concerned, I am just getting into the whole modding process.

The ebay headers fit your car if I read info on the REALLY long thread on them and have to be modified for the later model. You need to search the forum for this thread and get a six pack, sit down and read all of it. With beverage management, you will just run out of brew at the end of the thread (remember I mentioned it was a long thread).
Found them, they are just factory castings. Although slightly different than the 99 manifolds, those things are not going to give you any real power increase. Between the cost of the manifolds, the shipping and the new style AIR tube you will essentially be paying for a pound or two of weight savings and maybe 3 hp.
And, since you are new to modding, I will try to save us all another immature header pissing contest. Please do a SEARCH on the different headers available. There is no BEST header, so don't ask. People are also oddly emotional about header choice also, so I am sure I will get flamed for my 'no best' comment. Whatever.
if you are doing the install, get American Racing headers, I've installed all brands, these are the ones that are both easiest to install and produce the most power
As previously stated, Stock cast iron Z06 headers are heavier than your present stainless steel manifolds but do flow a bit better. However, it is not a simple bolt on. Besides the air tube and dip stick not fitting properly, you will also need the 2001 and up H pipe because the newer headers are shorter in lenght. Not worth the effort in MHO. Good luck. - C.

Then perhaps you can help us all out. For a long time people have been asking for a comparison of all the header brands on the same car with the exact same mods on the same dyno under the same conditions and see how the numbers stack up. Have you done this? If not, do you have access to the resources to do this? That is what I would like to see. I wouldn't run out and buy new headers to replace mine or anything, but it would atleast help lay to rest the whole header debate.

Speculating about the benefit of one header or product over another without hard data is confusing. The physics, mass flow, and thermodynamics of all this is basically this: Two headers from different manufacturers of equal physical dimensions (primary tube length, collector length, diameter, etc.) and similar flow characteristics (tube bends are similar or the same, etc.) run under equal conditions will produce the same results within the ability of the device that is used to measure performance to do so. Physics, mass flow, and thermo can't read price tags.
Now, how about one of the hundreds of people who have bought the headers on "that" auction getting that bad boy tuned and put on a dyno. These ebay headers look like a blatant knock off of another brand sold in the U.S. at a much higher price. For that reason, I am going to be extremely surprised if there is a statistically significant difference in horsepower increase of the one brand over the other, with the caveat that both are tuned to extract maximum benefit.
How easy they may be to install, how long they last, etc., is a totally different topic from the performance benefit.
