I have the junior Transgo kit that has no adjustments. I have been told that the kit you refer to is for pre '99 cars. There is a potential for conflicts with the torque management program (although some have had good success).
Had a pro install mine for street&strip mode, which is one below full race. It shifts hard between 1&2, 2&3. When you operate manualy it shifts like a m6 but it is lazy downshifting in the automode unless you realy hammer it Cost $180 to install - car is more responsive and fun to drive.
I have also heard that the Powerloader will (may?) disable torque management. Check With Steve Cole on that point or one of the vendors. My junior kit shifts harder than stock at WOT. I am satisfied with it. It adds stronger springs and we swapped out the plastic pistons with aluminum ones (can you believe they used plastic in a 50K car).
