it's not a 02 fault or problem.your fault is for insufficent secondary air on bank 2[right side.the front o2's are what monitor this,so obviously they are working.
either the check valve in the back of the intake took a dump, you have a leak somewhere or if you've eliminated secondary air,you need to have 420/430 tuned out.

So it could possibly be a leak?

yea.with most headers you usually have to pull the intake and change the right side secondary air check valve and tube to the newer style[2001-up] to get the secondary air plate to the header the right way.
go back and retrace your steps, you probably have a leak somewhere

I'm gonna take it to a lift and check if I can see anything. I'm just saying, if the air system itself is messed up, than it may be easier to just tune it out. Its not something I need to have working, or worry about not working
