How do I remove the Fog Light fuse?

How do I remove the Fog Light fuse?

Like I said - how do you remove the large grey fuse for the fog lights? I believe it's #39 off the top of my head, but I've never seen a fuse like this and it doesn't seem to want to come off. I've pulled pretty hard but it doesn't even act like it wants to come off so I'm guessing there must be a trick I'm not aware of.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok, thanks. I'll check #6 to see if it's blown. My fog lights stopped working a few weeks ago so I figure it must be a fuse - or they both burnt out at the same time which I think would be a little coincedental.
