Squeak making me CRAZY....HELP
I get a squeak in the right front area when going over a bump or rough road. It seems to diminish but not totally disappear when the suspension is set in the “stiff” mode. I think this comes from the movement of the suspension/vehicle is less in that position. I don’t think it’s necessarily the suspension.
I have checked the sway bar, shocks, the front spring has been replaced (problem was there before and after) ball joints and every nut and bolt in the car. Almost sounds like two panels rubbing together.
Any ideas or suggestions, tell me about your squeaks and how you fixed them.
HELP I can’t stand it anymore.
My right rear fender squeaks when I press on it. I noticed this several months ago while Zainoing. Whenever I press on the fender it squeaks. I never hear it when diving. Perhaps this is what's up with yours?

I read a post a few months ago on a squeak source located by one of the Forum member.
It was the weatherstriping that meets the front of the hood. He put some lubricant on the weather stripping along the area towards the windshield and whala it was corrected. Try this, it might be source.
Rick-M,
I had a similar squeak on my 1999 C5 coupe and applied silicone grease to the two rubber hood bumpers (one on each side near the cowl). That eliminated the squeak.
Good luck.
