What, if any, is the difference in the 380752 (Camaro/Firebird) and 385752 (Corvette) '97/'98 Hand held tuners. Real question will the 380752 work on my 98 vette. I have heard horror stories about using the wrong tuner. Any input would be helpful.
I just sold my hypertech.. buuuut.. even though it listed "for 2000 LS1 vehicles" It was specifically for the corvette. The only thing I noticed is that they didn't have the right rear end ratios for camaros. maybe the same.
I talked to the TECH Line and they informed me that the vette tune is different than the F-body. It will interface but the car will not perform as well.
I've been told that the Predator Is a better device than the Hypertech.
I don't know peronally because I got a dyno tune which Is the best way to go. I'm not saying H.Tech Is bad, thats just what I've heard.
Best of luck, sorry I couldn't help you with this, as I dont know much about them.

I agree on the handhelds and which is better, but they don't have a PREDATOR tuner available for his application and year. Which stinks, because I would much rather help him with the PREDATOR tuner than the HT3.
