Cigarette Lighter Inop

Greetings all fellow Corvette Owners,

I have a problem. I had a car charger for my cell phone plugged into the cigarrette lighter and now it does not work. Does anyone out there know what fuse I need to check?

It is a minifuse that is located in the fuse box in the passenger floorboard. I just replaced mine, look inside the cover or the owners manual and it will tell you which one it is.

I had issues with this fuse as well. TEST it with an ohmeter! I inspected it very closely and it looked fine. I ended up pulliing the dash apart and replacing the lighter recepticle. Still didn't work. Went back and TESTED the fuse and it was blown! Man, did I feel STUPID!
