Broken door lock
Someone tried to break into my 01 vet, and was not successful. I think they shoved a screwdriver in the door lock, and damaged the lock. The dealer quoted me $250 to replace the lock and re- key at to my ignition lock.
Does that seem like a reasonable price.

Probably a lot of labor time to take door apart and re-key the lock. If you are handy just buy a new lock and take it to a locksmith for re-keying and install it yourself.
