Wiper Problem
I am having a wiper problem on my 98 & Wouldnt go off they would speed up on high & Slow back down on low but will not work on intermittent & wont stop Can anyone give me any advice on this & also I have no owners manual so could someone tell me which fuse works the wipers So I can pull it to @ least drive it untill I can fix the problem thanks in advance...

see if there is water trapped in the case drain for the wiper motor.... open your hood and on the underside of the cowel about 8inches in form the drivers side there will be 3 large rubber nipples, they are usually the case of this problem that you are describing, just squeeze all of the crap outta them and then let everything dry out and it should work just fine. The fuse for the wipers is iin the passangers side footwell, pull up the floormat, and there will be a panel there and inside will be a fuse box, it is one of the middle ones, I dont remember... but they are all labeled inside of the cover
