Also can all the valves, springs, etc, etc, just be swapped from my stock heads and then stuck on the C5-R heads?
Is it a direct stick on a LS6 block? Do I need a new intake manifold?
Are the square ports better than the D-shaped ones?
I would like to have real C5R type parts on the car to help it seem more "true" to its name but if it is a b$tch to get on the car then I'm paying $1750.00 for heads that require porting before they can even be put on.
Don't think they will work on a stock Z-06 short block. Did you read the features? Large bore, valve size, intake port shape, etc. Those are race castings in the rough form, would give poor throttle response for street use even if you could bolt them on.
