Default SLP 3.42 Differential
Hello, I am getting a REAL good deal on a SLP 3.42 Differential (getting away from the nasty 2.73's). I was wondering if anyone has installed one of these is their vettes? I want to know how good the quality is, and if it will hold up to around 400rwhp when I get my lg g5x3 cam in my vette. Please anyone chime in. Thanks guys.

It's a stock 3.42 GM differential. Same as what GM put in a 6 speed car. Nothing special done from SLP.. they just sell them.

I have the SLP 3:42 in my 04 C5 with 475 RWHP, no problems as of yet.

3:42's here with 400 plus rwhp and it has held up fine so far.

You better install a hardened left side shaft. I dont know if SLP sells them that way or not. but I guess that they come with the stock shaft.
