A friend of mine just purchased a C5 chassis/drivetrain he is going to be putting under a 59 Chevy body. He's needing a wiring diagram of all of the wiring in the car to know what he can/can't get rid of out of the harnesses. If anyone has a copy of these, please let me know. I know he would appreciate the help.

You probably will need to spring for the Service Manual. There is no single wiring diagram for the car but rather each system (even within the drivetrain) has separate detailed electrical information including schematics, connectors, pin-outs, grounding points, etc.
Ken Fichtner Chevy (forum dealer) can get the 3 volume set to you.
They make harnesses for all kinds of needs, including ones for the fuel injection and ignition for the LSx engines. Take a look (use Part Number Search) at parts 60508 or 60522 as an example of what your friend might need.
Otherwise JC in XTC5 is right, the service manuals are the only way to go as the wiring diagrams and other electrical information covers several hundred pages spread throughout the 3 books.
