Default Is this mod worth doing?

I originally started out with the plan of putting on American Racing headers with a Halltech CAI and a dynotune.
I talked with a shop that said to get a little more out of the package, I should add the following: Split shaft roller tip rockers, Valve springs dual Patriot golds, Push rods 5/16, FAST 90mm intake, Port throttle body, LS2 and connector.
The list above doubles the price of the first part of the mod I was planning. My question is, is it worth the extra money to go the extra step?
Has anybody done this particular mod and how do you feel about it?
By the way, this is on a 2004 Z06.
I won't be able to respond right away to posts....I appreciate any responses.
Thanks!

Roller rockers (without a new cam), better valve springs, new pushrods and a Fast 90 on a stock Ls6 (assuming you don't already have a cam or modded heads) won't net you much gains.

The LS6 intake is one of the best matches for a stock LS6....FAST 90's are for ported/aftermarket heads and a more aggressive cam.

I see all your mods costing over $2000 and giving you maybe 20hp at most (mostly from the FAST if anything).

Consult Steve@CT Corvettes, ECS, Slowhawk or any of the other good tuners on the site and see what they say...I'm guessing most of them will steer you clear of the rockers, pushrods, springs, intake, etc if you're throwing them on a stock motor.

BIG gains are from a cam, heads, intake (in that order) or going FI/Nitrous.

I'm confused why they would recommend a 90/90 intake/tb and valve train upgrade if you arn't doing head & cam too.

In my opinion, just do your originally planned mods to the car and try to find a more reputable person to talk to. Have you called Andy @ A&A Corvettes? I'm not sure how close he is to where you're at but he is in California and is highly recommended.

The other stuff isn't worth the money/effort w/o a Head/Cam package. Stick with your original plan.

the AR's and a decent grind cam should put you around 420 rwhp

A&A, OCC, Synergy, LAPD are some of the bigger C5 shops in Cali

Thanks for all the input. I thought that might be the case and wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting money on mods with min hp gains. I spoke to Andy at A&A Corvettes and he's going to put a package together for me.
