This questions goes out to the A4 guys. I was wondering if anyone had any pointers on building an A4 tranny that will last. I am most likely going to buy a RPM level 4 next season but was hoping someone that has built a tough tranny could help me out with this question.
I have Hi Energy clutches, Hardened sunshell, Transgo shift kit, Boost valve, Kevlar oversized band. How many clutches r guys using? I have heard 7 to 9 clutches from guys. What is best? How thick? Any clearance stuff to check? Any pointers would be great....thanks

I have asked Rodney awhile but but misplaced the paper i wrote everything down on. I am gonna buy one of his trannies next summer. I don't wanna come accross like I am trying to copy someones recipe. I know he is busy and I don't wanna bother him...

I will be getting a RPM tranny in the summer so it's not a money thing. I am just tired of pulling this tranny out of the car now. I thought my tranny worries were gonna be over when i converted to the A4. I went from clutch problems to tranny problems...Thanks for the info Rodney.
