Bad ARI Valve
I was told the ARI valve on my '98 Vette was bad. Does anyone know what this is and a cost estimate to fix? I was quoted a price and want to make sure it's in line.

I'm assuming this is the AIR valve - I've had to replace mine twice so far.
I'm not sure about the '98, but, on the '00 there is two of them.
I believe the correct part number is 22048212 and they run about $25 each from gmpartsdirect.
Bank 1 is drivers side and its easily replaced.
Bank 2 is a different story - It sits behind the manifold and cannot be reached without removal of the intake manifold. Still it shouldn't cost much to replace.
