Anyway to tell what all options a car has by using the VIN? I couldn't find the sticker with the RPO codes on the door.

Is the RPO sticker on the inside of the glovebox door?

On the '98s the sticker is on the Drivers side rear compartment cover. That's the smaller one in the corner.
