Muffler Question
I am considering purchasing a set of Corsa Tiger Shark Touring Edition mufflers for my 2000 Vette. Should I also purchase the X-Style Crossover Pipes? What would be the advantage of adding the crossover pipes?

The x pipe helps cut down on the drone, a very loud deafening sound at certain crusing rpm's. maybe 2-3 hp/torque gains if that. the better your overall exhaust system is the more gains you will get. You dont have to have it and the corsa from what i understand is the best at very little drone. I would suggest do the cat back first and see how you like it then proceed if the x-pipe is needed. Corsa Touring
I've got the Corsa Touring on my FRC. With the 3:42's the drone at 60-65 mph in 6th was not good. In 5th it was like misic. I added the Dynamaxx exhaust (headers/cats/xpipe) and it got a little louder but is very nice when cruising.
