as far as i know they are just as good as any other knockoff out there, never heard a complaint, and they carry almost any wheel to fit any car...not priced too badly either
I know Aftermarket wheels tend to be heavier. These are aluminum and therefpre, I thought, should weigh close to stock Z06 polished at around 19-20 lbs. I messaged the seller asking for the weights, which I will report back here.
I bought a set of ZR-1 style wheels from them about 3 years ago for my 1985 with the correct offsets. They appear to be a quality wheel for the money and look terrific on the '85 with GS-D3's on them. I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Good luck... GUSTO
I bought some chrome 17X11" ZR1 style wheels from them for the back of my Camaro SS (to replace the stock 17X9"). AFS was great to deal with and the quality of the wheels was excellent.
I had a set of the Grand Sport sized AFS wheels. Ran the snot out of them for three years auto X and track days. Sold them to another racer who has 2 years of track days on them. Cheap and strong - well worth the money IMHO.
AFS wheels are nice. Bought a set for my 93 Vette. For my Z06, I bought some chrome rims from Corvettes of Houston. Chrome on those rims is really nice and the price from CoH was better than what I got the AFS wheels for. May want to check CoH out as well.

I have been using my AFS GS wheels since 2000. They are also heavier and the spokes are a little thicker.
I had purchased a set of AFS chrome spoke wheels for my 92 vert back in 1997. At that time, the wheel s were marked as "Made in USA". From what I have read, the current AFS wheels are made in Japan. I don't necessiarily think that's a bad thing as there are some excellent aftermarket wheel that come from Japan.
The quality of the chrome work on the wheels I bought was excellent and they never had any issues with peeling or getting dull. I had a new set of Bridgestone Potenza's installed using a Hunter GSP9700 and none of the wheel/tire combination took more than 1.5oz of weight.
I have a set of the AFS black GS clone wheels for my 87 for track and autocross use. They show no signs of cracking and the black powdercoating has held up very well to hard cornering and extreme amounts of brake dust. These wheels were "blems" and I bought them directly from AFS. Out of the set I received, 1 wheel had a small dust particle embedded in the powdercoat and you have to look hard to see it.
The only draw back to the AFS wheels that I did notice involved balancing them. Three of the tire/wheels balanced out with less than one and a half ounces. The forth wheel was taking almost 4 ounces. We repositioned the tire 4 times on the rim and each time it took the same amount of weight. We removed the tire and spun the rim alone and sure enough, it took almost 4 onces to balance it.
In my view this spoke volumes about the quality of the GS-D3's, and since these tires see less than a 1000 miles of street use a year, I can live with it.
