Battery Voltage specs?

Battery Voltage specs?
During a DIC code scan I notice a LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE code. Are there operating limits/specs on the 12V? I measured the voltage (at the battery terminals) with a precision DMM in three different states:
1.) Vehicle running - 14.12V
2.) Vehicle off/key on - 12.36V
3.) Key off - 12.11V
Are these numbers within spec? Thank you for any insight you guys can provide.
