Maf sensor mod advice?
I feel my mass air flow sensor is restricting the air flow on my 98 corvette. I have got mods for everything for my air system. ls6 manifold, vararam, 80mmtb. What can i do to my maf to get some more hp out of my intake system.
Descreen??
Get aftermarket?
Bore?

from what I've read, your stock MAF flows more than enough CFM for a stock engine, the only thing you will gain from modifying it is problems.
even your 80mm TB is too big for a stock engine.
the only time a bigger MAF and TB is needed is when you build a big cube engine and do some serious heads and cam work, other than that it's a waste of money.
again, this is what I have read from various sources on this forum, members who have "been there, done that".
