From what I understand the stock setup has 4 o2 sensors on the headers and the LG's only have 2. I've read somewhere that you need to put o2 sims on the rear I also read that you move the rear sensors to the front then program out the rears I wanted to wait to do the tune . So which is correct? I understand the o2 sims are no longer available. Are there other headers out there with all 4 sensors in place. I have a 2000 MN6 if that matters

the new lg headers use all 4 o2's.both street and pro's
I have LGs on my car. two sensors in headers and in the X pipe I capped the ports and use O2 simms. Simms are available from a ton of suppliers, if you google o2 sim you will get vendors, Jegs and most other speed vendors. I would use a rear sensor in the front it seams to work better and already has a longer wire so it will reach. You will need an adapter to plug it in. LG should have this. Good luck and you will see a noticable difference.
You can use all 4 or just 2. I called LG to ask. They said they take the front O2's and dont use them. They take the rear O2's which have a higher wattage heater in them, and move them into the front position so they work better/get hotter faster. (adapter plug needed) Plug the rear holes with bung plugs and put in some O2 sims or tune it out.

Exactly how I did it, but I hear O2 sims are hard to get now so tuning it out may be the only choice now.
