Memory seat function malfunction?
Even though I have my "easy exit" feature off on the DIC, everytime I enter my car, the seat moves all the way back. Not a big deal since I push the memory feature and my seat moves back to my preferred position. However, sometimes when I press the memory button, it seems the car doesnt know what the preset was and I have to manually readjust my seat. Anybody know what's wrong? Minor detail but it gets annoying after a while. Thanks

I just had mine corrected for that and other problems last week. About 50% of the time, the seat would not return from the exit position when I inserted the key OR pressed either memory button. It was fixed under warranty. The info from my dealer work order lists the following:
Cause: internal failure
N4924 module, local interface unit
9360841 module
Part #: 9360841
Mine is a '99 convert. Hope this helps you. BTW, the problem started as intermittent and over about a three month period, worked up to about 50% inoperative. Mileage was 28,000, only one driver, and setting left in the automatic entry/exit mode. :seeya
