I just purchased new Zo6 swaybar, rear spring and shocks. The question I have is my 99 going to ride higher than before? I have seen some threads that members say that there car seems to be higher after installing different parts. Any help please!
the spring will change things. i just did the sways and nothing changes from that other than the great cornering characteristics. the shocks people over in general seem to think changes the height i dont see how, and there is a post about this right now here in tech saying the shocks change height. it is very simple to correct back to what you want by twisting a few bolts if the spring does change things too much for your likeing

What about the shock stroke? If I need to lower the car because of the new spring would the shocks bottom out?

shouldnt. because it sounds as though you are lowering the car to the original height again. you are moving the control arms back to their original possition. and that is what is attached to the shock. the spring would actualy be the part in a different spot in relation to the suspension then. and the difference would be the amount you extended the spring from the rear control arm and the amount you bring it closer to the front control arm.
