The fins on an aluminum radiator are fragile...and an aluminum radiator uses additional fins in the design to cool so they're very thin. They're not straight like a copper brass radiator. Just be be very careful in using anything powerful like a pressure washer or even air pressure against the fins. They're almost impossible to straighten if they're bent and you can't use a "radiator comb" to straighten them.

A radiator comb is/was used on old technology copper brass radiators with straight vertical cooling fins. It's used to straighten damaged fins to improve the air flow. The tool has different toothed sections depending on the width of the fins. When aluminum radiators became standard, the fins increased in count with a different angled pattern, which doesn't allow the use of the tool.
