Passenger Power Window won't work
I have a 98 A4. Seems everthing has been acting up lately. This week the Passenger Power Window won't work. I searched the forum for old posts about this but could not find it. What is the typical fix for this?

Search electrical issues, and tech issues, using keyword power window. There are dozens of posts on temporary fixes and permanent fixes. After you try the door slamming while holding the switch down, etc., buy a regulator or at least the motor, replace the defective one and be done with it.

I bought a new regulator assembly and installed it myself, not particularly hard to do...

Just tap hard on the inside of the door. It happened to me a couple of times already. Its the motor gears that get stuck. Just hit the panel and click the button at the same time and it will work. No need to replace anything.
