Default Those with Texas speed and performance headers

Ok... so question... After installing my headers my O2's touched them and shorted out.. It's been this way for awhile and i'm tired of that darn check engine light. So i have 2 new o2's ready to go in.. I should have asked this question 6 months ago but it didn't bother me at the time...

There are little tabs on the headers that bolt up to the fram of the car right behind the oil pan. Mine dont' even come close to touching (being able to bolt up)... are there different versions of headers based off year? did i get a bad set? or is this pretty normal????

Also one of my 02's rub against my tunnel plate is this bad???? when i say rub i mean slightly pressed against.

Tabs don't line up, its a manufacturing thing. If your O2 "shorted" out electrically, theres a bad problem somewhere. I'd get the electrical fixed before anything else.

Will they line up if you rotate the frame bracket 180 degrees?

there is no such thing as an aftermarket product that you will not have to afro-engineer on.
