No I beleive they are different but similiar to new C6 ZO6 one's.
While the LS2 rockers can probably be interchanged with the LS1/LS6, IIRC the LS7 rockers are completely different and unique to the LS7 and cannot be used in the other applications.

Maybe you should say "are not recommended to be used in other applications"
There are guys on here that are running them in their LSx engines. I was following this topic for a while. They got a bad wipe pattern but I don't recall and catostrophic failures. Last I knew, someone was well over 10k miles with them with no unusual valve tip wear.

Rocker arms are attached to the heads of an engine, when you say people are using them on there LSX engines thats just saying someone bought an LSX block and built a motor, heck they probably put LS7 heads on it.
The reason the LS7 rocker arms cannot be used on an LS!,2 or 6 head is because of the shape of the intake port and location of the pushrods caused the intake rocker arm to be offset.
