C5 Vettes do not have u-joints, they have CSV - constant velocity.
You could have bad ball joints or maybe wheel bearings. Did you have wheels balanced lately (forced balanced).
If not this may be your problem.
I would take the vette to a good alignment shop and have them inspect the suspension and alignment settings. It's obvious the first place you took it to did know much about C5's.
The rear axles are constant velocity joints. Several large ball bearings retained in a cage, captured in a housing. No needles here and no "yoke" like a 90 degree u-joint.
That is part of the problem, they were forced balanced and were worse coming out than going in...
Excuses-1. No susposed to run non-runflats if car was designed for run flats, 2. Might have frozen needle bearings?????

Sounds like you need to find another shop and ask the previous shop for a refund.
