Well after i did a motor swap i cant get air to blow out the vents... It comes on and i can feel cool and warm air but it isnt blowing... I already checked the hose on the back of the intake, any other ideas????
Trace the line back to the check valve inside the front passenger tire well. If it is collected to the engine properly, then maybe it got pulled out of the check valve.
Did you reconnect the very small plastic vacuum line at the rear vacuum-tree on the instake manifold? I heard someone say that it runs the HVAC valves or something HVAC related. I do know its a really hard item to get connected. One person did a real simple extension to his which made it a lot easier.
All I know is that those vacuum lines down there run through the firewall to the HVAC systems. If you have melted, cracked or destroyed lines, the HVAC will not function correctly AND you have a vacuum leak, therefore the PCM is correcting for a too lean mixture. You're eating gas and its not performing as it should. You'll need to get down there and clean up everything and determine how much damage was done. Those original batteries were notorious for loosing a post and dumping acid all over the PCM and wiring.
