No experience with C5, but on most cars the resistor pack is bypassed for high speed. You could try pullng the blower motor and running it straight from the battery and see if you get more speed.

High speed is supposed to get the full 12V. I would do a fuse check first.
Thanks for the information. I changed the the fan and the resistor and everythig is working great except my back. Bob great start for this years Corvette challange and the start of the Mustang challange.
