Stock 99 370HP ?
Have any of you heard anything about a few 99s coming with 370Hp I have a friend that claims his 99 ragtop automatic is one of a very few that came stock from the factory with 370Hp so before I pull out my BS meter and start taking measurements were there any such models?

Actually mine had 371 but it is top secret and I had to take a oath to GM. They were test models for the new LS6
only ten made.

Well, mine came that way from the factory. I have a 99 FRC and 'FRC' stands for Factory Race Car. Since it is GM's race car they 'did some stuff' to the motor to give it some more power. I know, it says so in the glove compartment. I also added the performance hood seal and the throttle body bypass, good for another 35hp. That's how I got 405hp.
