vert rattles

I thought I had a bad rattle on the passenger side, too, especially with the top down. Finally pinned it down to the seat belt metal connector rattling against the plastic on the door sill. It naturally slips between the bottom of the door and the top of the sill and bumps or air flow when the top is down makes a rattle that sounds like something loose inside the door panel. I hope yours is that simple, too. Good luck.
