Throttle Body Coolant Line
On the L-98 motors we by-passed the throttle body coolant lines. Can this be done on the LS motors without any negative affects, and is there any performance advantage to doing so? Thanks

Yes, many have done this mod on the LS1 as well. Most say it does not help HP. Some like it due to the fact they can remove the TB without unhooking this line every time. If you live in a cold winter climate most suggest you don’t since you could have your TB frozen closed or over even worse - open. I performed this mod since it was so cheap and when I first read about it I thought I couldnt hurt since I have since cars on the track with ice on the intake manifold beween runs.
