torch red repaint advise-please
i am putting a new hood on my torch red coupe, the hood is a different color so i think i am going to repaint the hood and front bumper. i need to know what color primer/sealer i should use to ensure that the red comes out the same as stock. thanks

A body shop should be able to match the colors for you. I had the front fascia on my Torch 97 replaced twice and repaired once. Also had the rocker panels touched up a couple of times. The shop knew what primer to use, used computer color matching and the paint always matched the adjacent panels.

yeah i paint myself mostly motorcycles, and i already have the paint by dupont. the problem is that i dont know what color sealer the factory used under the paint. useing a gray, white, or black sealer under the color will affect the final color of red. or is the torch red so solid that it will not matter?
