Assuming the car is not beat on a regular basis.
Assuming it's always running 100+ octane.
Assuming the car is tuned and maintained regularly.
IYHO: Do you think a stock bottom end 2004 LS1 with 3000 miles can handle 525 RWHP? The car is currently at 475 RWHP on 6lb of boost.

You probably probably would get better input in the FI / Nitrous section based on what the guys are actually running. Even with higher octane fuel, much higher boost will cause problems. With higher boost and stock internals / compression ratio usually = grenaded engine or holes in pistons.
