How do you remove the plastic retainer clips for the front bumper and cowl?

If there the one's I think your asking about, pull center pin and then the outer piece. Re-install in reverse.

Get a really small flat head screw driver and lift the center pin out and then use your fingers or a pair of needle nose pliers to pull them out.

I got it. No problem. I just pushed up from underneath to separate the head from the washer and pulled them out with pliers. Thanks for the help.
