Probably not. If you were asking for your 03 coupe, you already have Z06 injectors.
99 and 2000 C5's did use smaller 26lb injectors, but the 2001/newer (C5 and Z06) all used the same 28# units.
Pretty much any mods that would require larger injectors will likely mean going larger than 28s.
Changing injectors will require tuning, and unless you're maxing out your injector duty cycle, there is no performance benefit in upsizing them.

I am doing - Fuel Injectors Ford Racing SVO 30# and a tune on my 2003 vert. Also doing headers and hi flo CATS at the same time. Will be done end of the month. Hope to realize increased HP, tourque and MPG. We will see?
