To accomodate the weather:
New Time Schedule:
12:00 - 12:45 tech inspection
12:45 - 1:00 drivers meeting, test lap
1:00 - 4:45 race (length of racing subject to change depending on # of cars)
4:45 - 5:00 trophies, wrap-up
