Question about Strokers and Superchargers
Hello,
The president of our University has 2 C5's, he told me t ask you guys a question...
The first car is a 2001 with an LPE 383 Stroker and the second is a 1998 that is pretty stock. Both cars have the usual... LT Headers and Exhaust, Intake, and are both in great condition.
He wants to know if it would be smarter to add a supercharger to the 2001 or 1998, I have not seen many people with a stroker and supercharger and wanted to know if it is wise...
The LPE puts 415RWHP currently and the 1998 puts ~300RWHP,
the salesman has said that a supercharger will make a stock car put down ~425-450 RWHP, but he was unable to tell him any possibilites of the power from the 383 Supercharged....

They do stokers and S.Cs and have shown to be a strong package.
I have their 372 stoker and it has performed well with no ill effects.
