CD player is inoperable
When pressing the CD/Aux button it will not switch over and the radio stays on. The car previously had an Ipod cable installed with a toggle switch by the previous owner and I'm pretty sure the toggle switch would switch when the cd/aux was on. Anyone have any ideas with this problem?

i cant help much because of the switch and because i don't know a lot, but i do know that the unit has to cycle all of the cd's in the system before it will switch. it can take a few minutes so if you are loading and trying to switch immediately, it won't work.
