Default problem code help

Any advice would be much appreciated. I've had this problem ever since
I bought my car. TCS - C1232 H. I was referred to an independent mechanic who replaced the speed sensor on the left side I believe. The problem was when ever I reached aprox. 70mph the problem code would trigger my display to blink on traction control system then blink on anti-lock brakes then blink on one more thing that seems to have slipped my mind. I would reset by holding option while pressing fuel 4 times. Still when I hit 70mph it would start all over again. After the mechanic replaced the speed control unit the problem would occur at 50mph. I brought it back to him and he put the original one back on and gave me most of my money back and said the problem is in the wiring loom then promptly told me to get the hell out. What do you guys think I should do? Just today I received another code issue problem that wont reset after push the appropriate buttons. That # is A1 - RDCM B2263 H. Any ideas on that one? Lastly, today when I turned off ignition the antenna wouldn't retract. It sounds like its slipping gears and it seems like it wnts to go down but it doesn't. This forum has been great. It's helped me with a ton of little tricks or tips that have enhanced performance while saving me a tidy bit of coin. Thanks alot for all of your advice fellow corvetters blueboy1

C1232 LF Wheel Speed Circuit Open or Shorted – EBCM senses an open, a short to ground or a short to battery. Checking for corrosion on connections would be good place to start.

B2263 Horizontal Position Sensor Circuit – The RDCM detects RH mirror horizontal position sensor signal voltage range under 0.1 volts or over 4.78 volts for over 2 seconds.

Is your battery in good shape?

and take your car to a mechanic who knows Vettes well....most likely a bad ground, or possibly even simplier a problem with your battery.

I had the same issues, but my grounds where fine, the part itself actually was bad in my case.
