Couldn't get the Nitto's to hook at all, but I did manage a .500 Reaction Time :D which is perfect at the track we run at. Any one else ever do this?
My worst time was a .570 with a .478 and a .498 ( I know :yesnod: Red lighted), but still pretty consistant.
I dont think He reads this segment of the forum...but vetrcr87 cut a .500 light yesterday in his low 11 sec/street convertible C4. Best of 11.1@122 I think.
Re: I cut a perfect Light yesterday! (Mag Red Monster)
12.7 is better than most C5 drivers will EVER see! Congrats on the .500! Never had one yet, close though. Now the 15 year old daughter has had a handfull in her career.

Re: I cut a perfect Light yesterday! (Mag Red Monster)
Damn, that's awesome Mag Red Monster. Best I cut last outing was .553 on my 12.67 run . Great job . I don't know why you couldn't get those Nitto DR's to hook. I didn't even warm mine up last time and dumped it from 3500 and no spinning at all, cut a 1.957 60'. I'm gonna try 4K launch, see if I can must a 1.8 60's, man, that'd be sweet! :p: But, you should heat your Nitto's for around 5-7 seconds after you can see smoke in your side mirrors, move up and stage immediately. Should hook, man  :smash:
 Thanks for the words of encouragement Levi, but heating them up ain't a problem  I guess I need to practice some more with these before I give up on them. I had my lovely 12 year old daughter with me at the track and I was more concerned with her getting bored so I didn't make that many runs. It took me about 60 runs to figure out the run flats, but after that I was really consistent with them :yesnod: I've been launching around 1300 RPM, so maybe I need to raise or lower the RPM's.
Next week I'll have more time to play around with them, but right now I wish I would have just waited till the BFG's are available.
Re: I cut a perfect Light yesterday! (Mag Red Monster)
Congratulations!
Great reaction time, a .500 is very rare!
I went to the track today, cut my best 60' = 1.84 before they kicked me of the track. It was to warm, about 82 degrees. I could only manage a best of 12.77 before they asked me to leave.
