I have a 99 vert w/ the stock sway bars. Once I added the Elite Engineering tunnel plate, it made the car a whole lot stiffer on the turns. I like it so much, I don't think I'll be upgrading the sway bars. I've kept it this way for about 1.5 years so far and the mountain twisties are well negotiated.
i just purchased the T1 bars...was ready to install them...when i was
told not to run them on the street... i was told that the car would push
badly...now i am stuck with the bars and out $849.00
i was told to keep my z06 bars
Told by whom? So the T1 bars are well sorted for track use, but your car will push badly on the street? I do think the T1s are overkill for a car that doesn't see a lot of track time, but that's because of the crazy stiff ride, not because the car would push in normal driving.

I have a good friend with 2 C5's with T1's. He drives on the street all the time and uses both cars for track.

If your car pushes, you don't have enough negative camber in
the front.
