New suspension upgrades?

I would like to make some suspension upgrades, shocks and swaybar. What is the best setup out there to bring it a couple steps over the
ZO6. I know Hotchkins is pretty good, what else?

Someone told me if I change to a beefy swaybar it will lower my 1/4 mile times, if so, why?

Alot of guys go with T1's and Bilsteins, never heard that the sway will give u better 1/4 mile times though

Theres also a tunnel plate, suposed to stiffen things up a bit also, but do that when doing headders/Xpipe I think.

lots of times sways are actually removed for the 1/4 mile.
less weight=quicker times
anti sway bars dont do anything untill the car has body roll/lean
